they come
like a river flowing
to my brain
which rejects them
with utter hatred
and denis
their existence
over and over.
these words
that remind me
of the thoughts
that i
subconsciously obscure
in an unknown effort
to submerge
and suppress
all that i disbelieve.
the unreal
which is reality
to those virtually
i’m indestructible
if but for
these words
these obscene words.
